Adella Paul Saitaba

Adella S. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Protection. She has over 7 years of experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research activities in Tanzania. She is experienced in the development of qualitative interview guides, conducting qualitative interviews, transcription and translation, as well as the coding of qualitative data materials. Adella is also vastly experienced in electronic data collection of quantitative data by using a tablet, conducting data cleaning and the analysis of quantitative data using the SPSS program. Other research areas that Adella is skilled in include field supervision and coordination as well as presentation of research findings.

Adella joined CSK Research Solutions in 2020, and she is currently serving as a research assistant. Before joining CSK, Adella supported various research activities under different organizations, including Ifakara Health Institute, I-tech Tanzania, JPHIEGO, MDH, RTI - Tusome pamoja project, Engender Health, Aga Khan Development Network, and World Vision.

Adella enjoys her spare time listening to music or reading books and papers written by various scientists.
